Medical Laboratory Science Journal (MedLab) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal that publishes high-quality research across diverse areas of medical laboratory science. The journal’s focus and scope include, but are not limited to: clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology and serology, microbiology, parasitology, transfusion medicine and blood bank technology, cytology, clinical toxicology, molecular biology, molecular diagnostics, point-of-care testing (POCT), laboratory management and quality systems, laboratory-based public health surveillance, biomedical instrumentation and laboratory innovation, as well as laboratory education and professional development.

Medical Laboratory Science Journal (MedLab) is dedicated to advancing the science and practice of medical laboratory technology. The journal serves as a platform for academic exchange among laboratory scientists, healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, and policymakers engaged in diagnostic innovation and laboratory quality improvement.

We welcome original research articles, systematic reviews, technical reports, case studies, and policy papers that explore current challenges, technological advancements, best practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration in laboratory medicine. All submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by national and international experts.
