Community Empowerment and Learning Journal (CELJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access community service journal published by the Kadewaguru Foundation, Indonesia. CELJ focuses on disseminating high-quality articles on community service programs and participatory development initiatives demonstrating innovation, impact, and sustainability.
This journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, practitioners, educators, and community stakeholders to publish the results of community engagement, empowerment practices, and applied learning projects that address local and global challenges through inclusive, collaborative, and transformative approaches.

CELJ provides immediate open access to all published content under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This allows readers to access, distribute, and build upon the work, as long as proper attribution is given. Authors retain the copyright of their articles.

This journal is published by the Kadewaguru Foundation, a non-profit organization promoting academic excellence, community resilience, and sustainable development in education, health, and empowerment.
Archiving and Indexing
To ensure long-term digital preservation and global dissemination, CELJ participates in LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archiving systems and aims to be indexed in reputable academic databases to enhance its scholarly impact and accessibility.
