Educational Management and Advancement Journal (EduMAJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in education. The journal publishes empirical research, theoretical analyses, and critical reviews across various educational issues, emphasizing management, leadership, pedagogy, assessment, technology, and global perspectives.
Volume 1 Number 1 contains 5 articles from academics at various higher education institutions in 5 countries, including Uganda, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and China.
Educational Management and Advancement Journal (EduMAJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, policy, and practice in education. The journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate original research, innovative ideas, and evidence-based perspectives that contribute to the continuous improvement of education.
EduMAJ welcomes high-quality submissions in the form of original research articles, review articles, conceptual and theoretical papers, policy analyses, and case studies. The journal publishes scholarly works in educational management and leadership, educational policy, teaching and learning, curriculum and assessment, educational technology, quality assurance, higher education, and comparative education.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by independent experts to ensure academic quality, originality, ethical integrity, and scholarly contribution.
