Educational Management and Advancement Journal (EduMAJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to advancing educational research, theory, and practice. Published by Kadewa Bakti Cendekia, EduMAJ provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange innovative ideas and evidence-based insights that address contemporary and emerging challenges across diverse educational contexts.

Open Access & Copyright

EduMAJ follows a gold open-access policy, making all articles freely available without subscription barriers. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. Currently, EduMAJ does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs).

Editorial Policy & Peer Review

EduMAJ applies a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by evaluation by at least two independent reviewers. The journal is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and academic integrity in accordance with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Archiving and Digital Preservation

EduMAJ ensures the long-term accessibility and preservation of published content through the LOCKSS system and continuously develops its digital preservation infrastructure.

Indexing and Abstracting

EduMAJ is committed to enhancing the visibility and accessibility of published research through indexing and abstracting services relevant to scholarly communication.

Publishing Entity

EduMAJ is published and managed by Kadewa Bakti Cendekia, an academic publisher dedicated to advancing scholarly communication and supporting the dissemination of high-quality research in education. The journal operates with full editorial independence.
