Community Empowerment and Learning Journal (CELJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal that publishes original and high-quality scholarly works focusing on community engagement, empowerment, and lifelong learning across multidisciplinary fields. The journal's focus and scope include, but are not limited to: community-based education, participatory development, service-learning, community health and well-being, rural and urban empowerment programs, inclusive and sustainable development, local knowledge integration, socio-educational innovation, environmental and cultural preservation, capacity building, digital literacy, and transformative community learning practices.
CELJ accepts manuscript submissions in English and Bahasa Indonesia to encourage inclusive and diverse academic contributions.
Community Empowerment and Learning Journal (CELJ) promotes impactful community engagement through science-based practices, participatory learning, and sustainable empowerment initiatives. The journal provides a platform for academicians, practitioners, educators, researchers, and community leaders to share their experiences and findings in community service and development.
We welcome original community service articles, case studies, community-based research reports, best practice models, evaluation studies, and interdisciplinary approaches that foster inclusive participation, transformative learning, and sustainable impact. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by national and international reviewers with expertise in community development.
The journal accepts manuscripts written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. Authors are encouraged to use clear, academic, and well-structured language under the selected language of submission.
