About the Journal

Community Empowerment and Learning Journal (CELJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Kadewa Bakti Cendekia. The journal publishes scholarly articles that advance community service, community engagement, empowerment, and lifelong learning, with an emphasis on innovative, participatory, and evidence-informed approaches that generate sustainable benefits for communities. CELJ welcomes community service articles, best practice papers, program evaluation reports, community case studies, conceptual papers, and interdisciplinary community engagement initiatives. The journal accepts manuscripts written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The journal is published twice a year, in February and August.
